The exact scope of each project will depend on the package selected and the requirements agreed upon with the client.
Before work begins, the project scope, deliverables, estimated timeline, pricing, and other important requirements should be confirmed between Zenovo Design and the client.
Requests outside the agreed project scope may require additional charges and/or additional production time.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, brand assets, reference materials, content, logos, images, 3D models, and other materials required for the project.
Clients must ensure they have the legal right to use any materials supplied to Zenovo Design.
Delays caused by missing information, late feedback, or unavailable client materials may affect the project timeline.
All prices displayed on the website are provided in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
The final project price may vary depending on the complexity, scope, technical requirements, revisions, and additional services requested.
Work may begin after the required payment or deposit has been received and the project scope has been confirmed.
Each package may include a specified number of revisions.
A revision means a reasonable adjustment to the agreed creative direction. Major changes to the original concept, project scope, animation style, or requirements may be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.
Estimated delivery times depend on project complexity and the timely receipt of required materials and feedback from the client.
Zenovo Design will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines, but delays caused by client feedback, third-party services, technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving project previews, concepts, storyboards, designs, and final deliverables.
Once final work has been approved, additional changes may be treated as a new revision or additional service.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Zenovo Design retains ownership of its original creative concepts, working files, production techniques, templates, processes, and unused concepts.
Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed final deliverables for the intended project use.
Source files, editable project files, 3D scene files, models, textures, and production assets are not automatically included unless specifically agreed upon.
Unless a confidentiality agreement or other written restriction applies, Zenovo Design may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, or promotional materials.
If a client requires confidentiality or does not want the work publicly displayed, this should be discussed before the project begins.
If a project requires third-party fonts, music, stock assets, plugins, software, models, or other licensed materials, additional licensing costs may apply.
The client is responsible for any third-party rights or licenses specifically required for their intended use unless otherwise agreed.
All text, graphics, branding, images, designs, and other original materials displayed on the Zenovo Design website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.
Zenovo Design will make reasonable efforts to provide professional creative services. However, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Zenovo Design may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
